Introduction

Yandex.Disk provides a REST API for managing resources on Yandex.Disk (files and folders) using HTTP requests.

The Yandex.Disk API is designed for applications that work with the files of Yandex.Disk users or store their own files and settings on Yandex.Disk.

This document describes available API calls and formats for requests and responses. To send your first request, see the Accessing the API section.

Currently, the API allows you to:

• Get metainformation about resources.
• Upload files to Yandex.Disk and download files.
• Create new folders.
• Copy, move, and delete resources.
